MyChart (visit note now missing)

Had a follow-up appt this week for an on the job injury few weeks ago, saw visit note on mychart and it had some things mentioned that are helpful. I messaged dr and said I need a new worker comp note filled out, and dr obliged, but now that I'm trying to log back in to that section, it keeps saying "unable to log in try again". But all the other appt notes are loading no problem. Is it possible that the dr deleted that particular note due to my request? As in it could mess things up for them or something?
