What program or specialty can I do where I don't have to start over with my college basics.

I started nursing school and stopped due to my divorce. Wanting to go into the medical field. But not wanting to go through my basics again since so much time has lapsed, I would have to start over with them. What would my options be, not interested in being a CNA.
