Never heard about healthcare businesses

Heye everyone, there are a lot of small business owners with succesfully businesses in dofferent indistries like IT, Fiannce, etc. How come you don't come across succesful healthcare small business owners? Or maybe there are many out there and I just need to do my research and/or get to know more people
