Accuracy of findings on MyChart

Hello!

I recently had an MRI and the findings were posted on MyChart within a couple of hours. Under “Impressions” it said the following

1. High-grade tears of the anterior talofibular and calcaneofibular ligaments.
2. Bone contusions of the talar head, neck, and medial navicular.
3. Small tibiotalar joint effusion.

I was wondering how accurate these findings are and how serious I should take the severity of these descriptions (Specifically the first one). I still have an appointment to see my doctor to go over everything, but this obviously isn’t comforting and I want to make sure I’m mentally prepared
