Opening a new agency?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask. I’ve been toying with the idea of opening my own homecare agency. I’ve been in the industry roughly 15 years. And have yet to find a company that does it “right.” I constantly see great caregivers, with management that sees their clients as dollar signs and brush off concerns caregivers bring up and treat their clients like crap when they call with a concern or question. I’ve thought of starting my own, but don’t know where to start. I know how and where to advertise to get clients. I’ve known enough people over the years that I feel like I could get good staff pretty quick and easy. I’ve run a couple of assisted livings in the past and kept in touch with my contacts from then. But the business aspect of it all…I have no clue where to start or what I need. Obviously a lot of overhead cash. LLC and other basic licensing. Probably a good attorney. But I’d love like a step by step if anyone knows where to find that, or has done this before.
