Is this considered discharge negligence? Medical negligence? Could this possibly be a lawsuit?

I called 911 for an ambulance to the ER because my asthma was flairing and my nebulizer and inhalers weren’t helping. I told them I used albuterol, they gave me more in the ambulance, then I got more in the ER. When the doctor went to discharge me she became upset when I told her I was still wheezing and couldn’t breathe well. She gave me a spacer for my inhaler, ANOTHER prescription for the same albuterol, and told me “go home, lay down, and breathe.”

I made it home then couldn’t breath. 10 minutes later I was back via ambulance. I collapsed at home, was rushed into the ICU; intubated and sedated for 2 days. I almost went into cardiac arrest, my oxygen levels dropped to ~70%, and I had damn near a liter of fluid in my lungs. I ended up in the hospital for a full week and I’m lucky to be alive.

Is this lawsuit worthy? Can I dispute it with insurance? What should I do from here to get the ER doctor that failed at her job?
