Entry level phlebotomist jobs?

I really need help finding a job as a phlebotomist but everywhere I look they require at least one year of experience and have crazy hours, I’m going to college in the fall and can’t work Monday through Friday. I’ve also never had a health care job and I’m not sure what steps I need to take to get one. I’m certified in cpr, first aid, patient care technician, and phlebotomy if that helps anything. Any help is much appreciated :)
