I’m creating/revamping some compliance online training on various topics including PPE, HazCom, handwashing hygiene, bloodborne pathogens etc. The audience is healthcare personnel in large hospitals and physicians offices.
It’s a new domain & industry for me, so I’d love to hear from people who work in the field. I feel like a lot of compliance training assumes people don’t do things because they don’t know how to do them. I’d like to explore and uncover any other potential reasons or challenges healthcare personnel have when it comes to completing and acting on compliance training.
If you work in healthcare, I’d love to get your thoughts: Where does compliance training miss the mark? What are examples of effective and engaging compliance training you’ve had (if any)? What should the creators of these trainings know?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
