Any Australian Physicians who work in pre-hospital retrieval medicine via RDFS, Careflight, etc. What is your perspective on this speciality?

I’m currently studying medicine after previously completed an undergraduate nursing degree and have always had special interest in doing pre-hospital medicine and retrievals as a Physician. I do understand it’s a long path and takes a lot of experience and training but I was wondering if there are any Physicians here who are in this speciality area and if they enjoy it/what your perspectives are? I would love to hear about it!
