Strategic Partnership LP insurance

Hello, does anyone have any experience with cancelling/refunding their payments to SPLP? I enrolled and found out a half hour later that they are a scam. They sent me an email saying they deactivated my account, and when I called them they said they would send me an E-ticket over the next 24-48 hours and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. I’m not sure if I should believe that. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, have you been able to get a refund?
