Only 15 minutes?

I called my primary care doctor to make an appointment. I had three concerns that I wanted to address. They told me that was too many things to be done in one appointment. They only allow two. I asked, “two what?” And they said to concerns. You can only address two concerns per visit. And I said, “ So I can only ask two questions and then I have to come back for an entire separate visit to address my third concern?” And she said yes because the appointments are only 15 minutes I replied why not just schedule it for 20 minutes then? And she didn’t know what to say. What happened to taking care of the patient? Treating someone as a PERSON rather than a transaction. I understand from a financial standpoint that they need to be productive, and that they need to stay on time, but I don’t see the problem with just scheduling extra time if there’s more than two concerns, rather than have the patient come back for an entire separate visit. I’m wanting to leave this doctor and look somewhere else but I am concerned. Is this the normal for doctors office? Only 15 minutes and I can only ask 2 things? Absolutely ridiculous. Healthcare is corrupt.
