I'm currently working on my masters and one of of classes is healthcare finance. That is not what I am going for, but it's a required course. I need to interview someone that is working in healthcare as a financial officer, director, or consultant and write a short paper on it.
I don't know anyone in those roles and there isn't someone like that in my current position so I am reaching out to reddit. If you don't want to respond in the comments please message me.
Not all questions need to be answered:
What do you see as the largest barrier/hurdle in health care in the coming year?
What can a department head or leader do to overcome this hurdle/barrier?
What can leaders do to justify additional staff for quality outcomes?
Have you seen requests granted for additional staff and are the quality outcomes reviewed/measured?
Why offer services that cost more than amount reimbursed?
How does the performance with the stock market impact the financial status of the organization?
Thank you very much in advance!
