Hello. Has anyone on here had their healthcare facility launch the “Ignite the patient experience academy”. The healthcare facility where i work is doing workshops and they have “randomly” selected me. They have been very secretive about the details they provide and have informed us to hold off on questions until we attend the academy. It almost sounds like some MLM/pyramid type stuff. Has anyone on here done the academy or know more about this?
Plus they haven’t mentioned if it comes with a pay increase and I believe that more work responsibilities = pay increase.
