The pharmacy for the residential facility my child is at has called from various personal cell phone numbers and asked for my payment info for a copay which I already provided in the docusign for this purpose. I’ve verified via phone with the facility number that there is a copay needed. I’ve asked for a bill or in writing the amount to be paid because my child’s been in care for a year at different facilities and none of them have called from personal cell phones or refused to let me pay via online portals which their own pharmacy website advertises. They’ve thus far not sent me a bill or requested in writing, instead they’ve escalated on their end with supervisors calling me saying to pay. Is this normal? It isn’t in my experience with 3 other facilities.
