I (26F) am picking my first Adult Dental plan in Michigan, I have a Healthcare plan that goes into effect on February 1st, but the problem I'm facing is trying to pick a dental plan (the health plan I have doesn't cover any dental) while taking into account I need to have at LEAST one of my upper wisdom teeth pulled due to the jagged broken sections and the intense pain it causes the exposed nerves and shredded cheek. A lot of the plans go into detail about only covering 50% of Intentional extractions, and then 100% of one Emergency extraction once a year.
I do not know what to pick, what to look for or avoid, or what plan is best in this situation. I just went through a divorce and I'm barely making ends meet as it is, I have to be careful about costs.. if anyone has any preferred plan that they think might be best, PLEASE share it!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
