I had appealed my eligiblity results and won my appeal. However, nothing showed up on the portal. I was going through my notices and realized the latest eligibilty notice had a different account number but the MARKETPLACE ID is the same.
I don't understand how this happened. Should I go ahead and just create a new login for this account number?
P.S The NYSOH customer service is closed for the next few days so I can't call them for assistance.
