Current MHA student completing my degree soon. I currently working as an analyst, but open to finding new opportunities upon graduation.
I saw an administrative fellowship opportunity for a major metropolitan hospital in my area and applied. They reached out to schedule an interview. It seems like a great opportunity, but I think my main concern is that it’s a 1-year fellowship.
I’m not sure if I should go through with this or not. In your opinion, is a fellowship worth it? What are some of the advantages of completing a fellowship?
