Super High Deductible Insurance

Does anyone know of an insurance provider that has a super high deductible and extremely low premium? Family of three M33/F33/M2 with one more on the way. I have insurance through my work but we pay about $1000 a month. However, I rarely go to the doctor, most of my wife’s doctors are out of network or they aren’t covered. It seems like we would be better off paying everything out of pocket and having an emergency fund instead of paying the premium. I’m just worried of having a major emergency and having zero coverage. Any suggestions? Thanks
