I am having IT problems with MyChart. I have no idea what to do. I work in healthcare and know if I was working on Epic I would be able to get help, but with MyChart messing up I cannot find any. Every time I try to get help I get told to check with whoever I am seeing at my doctors, but they do not know either.
I scheduled a test through Northwestern Medicine. It did not show up in my MyChart afterward. I called the next day and they confirmed that the test was scheduled even though it was not showing up in the software. Went to my appointment. I got it done. I got an Aftervisit Summary in my MyChart, but that is it. I want to see the test results.
Does anyone have even a little clue of how the hell I am supposed to fix this?
