What department do I call to get help answering some of my questions and updating my information on Medicaid?

So my questions I have are just how am I still on Medicaid?, how do I stay on Medicaid?, If I need to renew when and how do I do that?, and I more than likely need to update information on my Medicaid plan. So my situation is I’m 19 (turn 20 in Jan) I have no clue how any of this works health insurance stuff. So I was under 18 and my mother had me on medicaids “chip” plan or program whichever you’d call it and I thought it would have ended when I turned 18 and when I did turn 18 my Medicaid didn’t end and medicaid in my state didn’t have Medicaid expanded to “childless adults under the age of 65” yet but covid was still in full swing and a public health emergency was in effect and I had read online that people who were on chip still had Medicaid after turning 18 due to the public health emergency. And then before the public health emergency ended a bill was passed during the midterms expanding Medicaid to “childless adults” who met the income requirements and I thought I’d have to apply for that but i never applied for anything and I still have Medicaid? (I’m pretty sure I do anyways I had my wisdom teeth removed in may which was necessary they were so painful I couldn’t eat anything remotely solid for months before the surgery) So what I think happened was that I was still on Medicaid due to the phe and then when Medicaid was expanded since I was on chips I automatically qualified for Medicaid for adults? Now I’m just confused as I didn’t bother updating any of my information as I thought my Medicaid would have ended and I’ve since moved out of my mothers and have a job but the income I get still meets the income requirements to be eligible for Medicaid so the information I’d need to update is my address and income if you need to update that with them. My state allows you to use a portal to check on your Medicaid status or something like that and I don’t have a login or anything so I can’t do that and I tried signing up for a portal account but idk how because it’s asking for information I don’t have or know. I’m also worried if I call and update information since I didn’t bother updating any of it for so long can I get into any trouble for that?
