HIPAA and Celebrity Patients

Hello All! I work in a clinic where we have a very high profile patient who comes from a very high profile family. I was following them and family on Instagram prior to them becoming one of our patients. I was super surprised when I saw them pop up on our books. Is following them on any social media platform is considered a HIPAA violation? Their profiles that are most likely managed by a PR person or media manager. They are very much in the public and I truly can’t avoid seeing them on various forms of media. Let me know your thoughts and opinions.
