Healthcare Professional Training

I am a healthcare professional that works with patients who sometimes have a lot of hardships going on in their lives. I am not a social worker, and often feel like I’m not equipped to do the “social” parts of my job like when patients have conflicts or get upset. Do any other healthcare workers know any online courses or professional development opportunities that would help me better prepare for conflict and crisis management? TIA!
