Advice Request: Healthcare jobs >$20/hr, High School diploma + 15 years small business experience, additional training OK

My wife and I recently transitioned out of being small business owners and are looking for positions in healthcare for her with the highest pay available with her background or with minimal additional training.

Experience:

1. High School diploma
2. 15 years of small business ownership experience
3. She is extremely good at interacting with children and adults

**We are open to additional minimal training, certificates, etc. if it increases her wage.

Goals:

1. Minimum $20/hr ($40K/yr), ideally $25-$30/hr (We live in a high cost of living city; Denver, CO)
2. Healthcare: Hospital, clinic, dental office, etc.
3. Full benefits package, 401K+match, insurance, PTO, etc.
4. 30-40/hrs week; Flexible day hours would be a plus
5. High demand position, if possible (job security, increased pay)
