I'll try to be as to the point as possible but I'm very worried. Recently I was brought to the hospital with diabetic Ketoacidosis. I'm posting from the hospital right now. I had no idea I was diabetic. I am 29 living in GA and a minority. I've been on an insulin drip since I've got here, and the last day and a half they have me on shots. I am having a hard time keeping my blood sugar below 300. As I have no insurance the hospital is trying to get me out as soon as possible. The doctors have no idea what is going on and said I need to see an outside specialist. I don't mean to go extensively into my medical history but I want to really explain why it's so urgent I get insurance. I can't keep my blood sugar down, I have no idea what's going on; and I am honestly really really scared. I don't know how I'm going to afford insulin, and without insurance I don't know how ill find help to figure out what even is going on. I've been calling insurance companies all day, I don't qualify for any "special enrollment" options. Please does anybody know what I can do in this situation I really need the help
