Need help picking a plan

I’m 22 yo male in Florida with no health issues drugs use etc. I’ve been calling around for health insurance and it’s all so confusing. The best I’ve gotten so far is $89 a month then $20 to visit a specialist and roughly $10 for prescriptions it’s called Florida blue. My job doesn’t offer health care and I’m not able to be under my parents insurance. Is this the best possible option for me?
