Over the counter healthy benefits provided by Medicare

I have Medicare United Healthcare Dual Complete that comes with a subsidy each month for OTC medical items and food. I desperately need to purchase a Buzzy 4 shots and injections. It’s where if someone feels anxious about iv sticks or pokes this will distract them. Do you all know if this will be covered by UHC? I can’t find an answer anywhere. I did find it at cvs and it said it was fda approved as well as FSA/HSA approved.
