Medical cost in the US?

Hey it’s my first time in US and I got bitten by a dog (not too serious but penetrated my skin). I got interviewed by a doctor at nearest urgent care and it costs $330 just for prescribing me antibiotics. I’m an international student so I need to save every single dollar I can. It took 30-45 minutes but it’s mostly I was waiting for doctor to come and see me. I feel scammed. Is it norm here?
