Where to find medical records

I’m trying to figure out how to get my ADHD records, the last doctor I went to about it was in another state over 10 years ago when I was still a child, I know for sure my school records have it down that I gave ADHD but I don’t know if that’s helpful, is there any options or anything I can do in this situation?
