I am a new grad RN. I’m in a healthy relationship and when I start full time after orientation, we will be on opposite schedules for the first year.
I start a night shift position, is there any advice from night shift workers to make your relationship work, how to still have dates, etc.
Also- what kind of hobbies do y’all have that work night shift? Do you meal prep? Do you meal prep for your S/O too at night? What schedule do you have on the nights you have off? What’s the best way to make time for the people in your life? When you have days(nights) off, how is the routine like trying to see people with a normal schedule?
