Help with understanding cost of prenatal screening

Hello, I’m pregnant with my first child and have requested the universal panel from Myriad Genetics to screen for all kinds of rare diseases. My place of care can’t tell me any of the codes they plan to charge, but they do say I might have to pay out of pocket. I was wondering can somebody help me estimate the cost of this screening if you have experience with it? Is there anything I need to do with my insurance to make sure that I get maximum coverage and avoid any mistakes with claims and post-procedural claim headaches? Thank you in advance!
