I get a refill every month and message my doctor directly from a old thread. Just out of curiosity, would it be better to just “request refill” under my medications on the MyChart app? Or continue to message him on a old continuous message thread?
I ask because I’m not sure if requesting a refill under my medication tab triggers a higher urgency alert for the doctor to process a refill by a certain time or does the doctor see all refill requests and messages with same urgency?
