Anyone with a bad Aurora experience
Specifically neurology department in two rivers Wisconsin, if you’ve ever been and experienced… how great they are. Write a negative yet polite and factual google review. It’s not only cathartic, but deserved, and hopefully helps someone avoid whoever they may be, if they actually even have a choice at all in this lovely country and it’s caring system.
Stopped a med I need for debilitating migraines. Replacement causes horrible side effects. I’m leaving for an important appointment in DC. I don’t drive because of seizures and it’s not cheap. I have to go, and be functional. My doctor goes on vacation. Fine. Replacement doctor will not refill my med unless I go in to see him. This med is not scheduled btw. I do not have time. I leave Friday and don’t drive, like I said. No ride on such short notice. So I get my pcp to prescribe a few. Phew right?
No. Walgreens won’t fill em because I have insurance, it’s a new doctor. So just pay for them? Love to. Won’t let me because I have insurance. I have to wait for the PA. No way it’ll make it tomorrow before I go. I’d love to be wrong. Lol.
Anyway, I have a panic attack being the bipolar 1 ball of energy and anxiety that I am. I call a doctor a dick in messages like a dumbass. It gets away from me. I get bad attacks. On the floor throwing up dizzy head pounding level if I don’t stop it somehow. I recently tapered off 9 years of benzos, now this was denied right on my refill date before an important trip.
Apparently the nurses called a behavioral attack dog on me after to inform me I was getting a snotty letter in the mail, then uh huhd all my concerns into submission before telling me we were not going to get anywhere and she is cutting the connection.
So how was your day? Lol.
