Getting university healthcare insurance while also on Medicaid?

Hi everyone,

I am going to university this fall out of state and my uni is requiring me to get their health insurance plan. I'm not able to get it waived since I'm on Medicaid, so I have two questions:

1. Am I still able to keep Medicaid and my university health insurance? Should I be using my university health insurance out of state and Medicaid when I'm back home? How should I utilize them both?
2. What is the best way to go about selecting a healthcare plan? What should I be looking for in a plan?
