Upon filing taxes, I discovered I made too much for the federal subsidies I had received. Is there any way to sign up for insurance off the exchange that might be cheaper?

I ended up paying $5,000 extra on my taxes because I underestimated my income. I did recently move, so there's a qualifying event. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any healthcare insurance plans that are off exchange. Do I have options?
