Moving to Texas with diabetic brother. How do I set up healthcare for us?

I'm getting my CDL soon. Planning on taking me and my diabetic brother to Texas after that.

We both have preexisting conditions. On top of a slew of mental illness for both of us, we both have severe bipolar, ADHD and insomnia. He's type 1.

How do I go about getting healthcare for both of us? I've read aboyt healthcare.gov before. How does that work?

I appreciate any and all advice.
