Clinical Career option for an MHA Grad?

I have a Bachelor's in Communication and am currently getting my Masters in Healthcare Administration. I wanted a career in Health Admin but now feel like I also want to explore the clinical side. I was considering going back to school after my masters and doing a doctorate in Nursing or Physical Therapy. Are these rational options for me? Are there other options I should consider?
