is there some sort of monthly/yearly overview of services used??

i don’t know much about insurance so please bare with me. i’m almost 19 and still live with my parents, I have Horizon NJ Health. I’m trying to go to therapy and do not want my parents to find out. they still pay for my insurance and everything however. so, I wanted to know if my dad(who does everything insurance related) gets some sort of emails or regular mail monthly or early with all the services i’ve used or maybe copayments or whatever it is or is that not a thing. is there anything i can do about it? is there anything else I have to worry about? or can i just find a therapist who takes my insurance and just start going and he would never find out(insurance related wise at least). thank you in advance!
