I am a 26 year old male living in WV. I’ve been having health issues for 7 months now preventing me from doing almost anything. The only thing wrong with me that has been found is a herniation of my cerebellar tonsils. I hate to doubt doctors but there are no specialists for this within WV and they all act like this can’t be my problem. I know it is though. However, I’m told I can’t see anyone outside of WV with my Medicaid. I would like to go to Johns Hopkins and see a neurosurgeon who specializes in this. How can I go about doing this?
Any help or information is appreciated. Somedays it is bearable and somedays it is not. Today it is not. I want help and sadly I don’t think I’ll get it here.
