I've gone through a couple if doctors, but no one seems to be listen to my symptoms and I just continue to get worst: headaches, nasal pain, hair loss, increase acne, chin hairs, weight gain, irregular periods, weird random wheezing when not exerting self, ect.
I've only been told to lose weight, but I've been working out and tracking what I'm eating with only a fluctuating difference of ~5lbs to show for it.
I'm currently seeking a new primary and OBGYN and want to go in with the most clarity and know that I did all I can to advocate for myself.
Does anyone have tips, sources, or anything they can share about how to be the best patient advocate for myself? Are there phrasing or key terms I should use in presenting my case? Any mannerisms or red flags I should be on the look out?
