Hello, I was in the hospital a few days ago after a severe depressive episode, and the doctors had a channel called the C.A.R.E. Channel on that played relaxing music and videos of nature. I found the website after being discharged and it said there is a version for patients to view it after discharge at home. I need a code from a healthcare provider to view it though. I have too much anxiety to call the hospital and ask for it. Does any healthcare provider have a code I could use to access it?
This channel was really beneficial for calming my anxiety and distracting me from depressive thoughts. Thank you!
