Can You Call Hospital To Get Info. On A Healthcare Worker??

I know this probably sounds creepy, but let me explain lol. On December 7th I got a double mastectomy, I'm 32 & I had an older nurse who was just wonderful and took care of me post-op, so right when I was waking up. I bring up that she was 'older' because I'm in a MAT program, and I've had horrible experiences, especially with older nurses when they learn I suffer with substance use disorder. Point is that she was the absolute sweetest nurse I've ever had & I know that it's 2 months later, but I'd like to send her flowers or something. However, I don't know her name, I just know she was working at X hospital on X day in the post op area. Is there any way I can obtain that information & am I even allowed to do something like that?
