Amazon Clinic for Dandruff

I've tried all the top of the line OTC shampoos I can think of. Most of them will keep my dandruff at bay for 24-48 hours. But when my hair gets long (especially in the winter), I get dandruff and acne like crazy! I've never sought out a medication before for my dandruff. Seeing how easy it might be to get a prescription over amazon, is doing so worth it? How pricey is it?
