Question about medication prescription

I have trouble obtaining medication from pharmacy A.

So I told provider to send new prescription to Pharmacy B.

If I pick up both prescription from Pharmacy A then also Pharmacy B, would my insurance cover it or would I have to pay out of pocket? I have Medi-cal.
