parents should be able to be Home health aide for their disabled child

It makes sense economically as well as morally. The parent has to be present for a home health aide to be there. So the funds will already be going to this service anyway. If parents were allowed to be their disabled child's home health aide the struggles of housing and food would be addressed. The funds for food assistance and ss would dwindle. This should be available as an option for parents who are struggling with their disabled child but for some reason it's not!?!?....this definitely needs addressed!
