help needed please

Hi, thanks in advance, I'm a young male in my twenties, live in Tx, I have Crohn's and I need medical attention, that being said, I have no idea how, or where to get health care, and don't really understand all the terms, I don't have any parents to ask, and it's my first time searching for health care, but I've been feeling terrible for the last 2 years, and really need the help, can't afford medication or doctor without insurance.
