Why is nursing the only medical profession that goes to bachelors level or above in healthcare that is flexible enough for working adults to complete?

Really, it seems PA, MD/DO, PharmD, etc. all require you to drop everything, take a lifestyle hit, go into debt (unless you have mom/dad or Uncle Sam),potentially relocate, stop working and do absolutely nothing else outside of that degree. Nursing, you can complete with flexible options, online, hybrid, etc. you can take your time. There are nursing programs everywhere and they’re usually cheap. Why are some of these other healthcare professions above an associates level so guarded and rigid?
