Should I jump off a sinking ship
Long story short, started a new job in administration 2 months ago. It was a promotion, pay raise, all the good stuff but since I've gotten here its been constant micromanaging, reports, etc. I've taken over a job that I found out 3-4 people were managing and I just know I won't be able to keep up.
Recently, our CEO told us we were in a bad financial situation, local government has partnered with another healthcare company to build a new hospital in our town, and 2 other hospitals in our state have closed in our state that were also under the same designation as we are (critical access). Alot of red flags all around and I don't know if I should just stick it out or look for something less stressful and more stable.
Is this across the industry as a whole or more so with the rural populous areas like the one I'm in? Any advice is appreciated
