So last two days woke up with pain in right elbow can hardly lift my arm.
But no other sign of pain like eye or headaches but could be just slept on arm wrong.
Got some pain killers and jopey that solves had this one winter before where could hardly move my car gear stick.
It just feels like stifness as if i twisted it badly have been swimming allot recently so am wondering if linked.
