Cigna Virtual care help?

Hey guys, so I have Cigna Open Access plus, I’m just going to post the numbers on the card to give the most info

• open access plus
• No referral required
• Preventative office - $0
• Office visit - $20
• Specialist - $30

• Emergency Room $150/$300

• INN DED ind/fam - $250/500

• INN OPP Ind/fam - $6350/12700

I want to see a virtual psychologist using Cigna’s MD Live - but I have to pay $300? (It’s what it says for a today visit) Is this correct?

Is there anywhere (with my plan) that I can see a virtual psychologist/therapist free of charge? Or at least a reasonable price? In in MA
