Success with Care Credit

I'm wondering what other's experiences are with Care Credit. I'm going to be applying with my fiance tonight so I can afford a treatment for ptsd that I desperately need. Is there an income threshold or a minimum credit score for acceptance. I'm very worried I'm going to not be able to receive the treatment because I don't have enough money for it.
